The Shihezi Life Logistics Center project, developed and constructed by Shihezi Urban Investment Group's Urban Construction Real Estate Company, is located in the Shihezi North Industrial Park. It borders North 7th Road to the north, Wuyi Highway to the south, and East 7th Road to the west. Situated approximately 4 kilometers from the expressway entrance/exit, it offers convenient and accessible transportation. With an investment of 470 million yuan and spanning 353 mu (approximately 23.5 hectares), the project establishes a new landmark integrating “Internet + Agriculture + Distribution.” It consolidates 187,000 square meters of functional zones including cold chain logistics, e-commerce, and antique-style commercial areas, redefining the supply chain through smart traceability and unified distribution. The cold storage section utilizes MX rectangular fabric ducts for air distribution, offering easy installation, space efficiency, and enhanced storage capacity within the facility.
